Please help my sentence below, thanks.
In order for us to process our invoices related to man-hours, please use the sample attached timesheet indicating the total working hours according to your work locations, i.e. offshore, onshore or standby onshore. Failure to do so, will impact the overtime and onshore calculations.
Your cooperation is needed so that your pay and our invoices can be processed accurately.
