please help my essay

0I had a great day today with my wife and two other friends. We invited them to our home and cooked Okonomiyaki; you mix anything you like with flouer and egg, and bake for 10 minutes both side. You put mayonaise, oyster sauce and bonito on top of it. The taste was great and I ate three of them at lunch and dinner. We packed some of them in tapperware, so three meal in raw will be Okonomiyaki.0-

00 I think baking is a mistake. I should have said "cook" because I use a pan. Baking only use with oven, doesn't it? 02br
