Please help me,about the job descriptions in business

Hi,every native speaker! I have been prepared for my exam for about 1month ,now i get a huge problem,about the business words in jobs,like you know, federal government,administration,committee,commission (so same ..)personnel, distributor.......how can I remember these words?I dont even work anyway.....so difficult to remember becuase Im not sure what are the jobs for,can anyone help me with giving a list of them and tell me the orgnization about a company.
