Please help me writing task 1: the rate of people pass driving test

The bar chart given shows the rate of people passing driving test in both genders in the period of 30 years, from 1980.

Overall, it is evident that the ratio of men and women overcoming the test increase. The second remarkable point is that women have higher passing examination rate than men.

With regard to female participants, the ratio of women completing excellently the test had been about 48% in 1980 before going up slightly to 52% in 2021. Interestingly, in the year of 2000, the figure for female candidates passing the test reached a peak of approximately 69%. After 2000, its percentage had a gradual decreasing, especially 65% in 2010.

In terms of males, 29% reflected the ratio of males who performed well in the test in 1980. In 10 years later, this rate climbed significantly to 38% and continued to reach the highest of 49% in 2000. After this period, the figure for male candidates passing the test maintained stably for the rest of the survey, at 49%.
