The graphs compare the the figure of people who owned computer by population and level of education between 2002 and 2010.
As can be seen from the graphs, an amount of owner’s computer were rose quickly. However, there was a different raise with each graph.
Propotion of population who had computer went up slightly by around fifteen per cent. By contrary, a surged rapidly in the rate of computer owned by level of education. Postgraduates had computer five as much as no high school diploma in 2002 thought they only had computer twice as much as whoever studied under high school in 2010.
In the last year of the phases from 2002 to 2010, about seven out of tenth citizen had computer. Almost people studing in postgraduates qualification owned computer. No high school had the least propotion both 2002 and 2010, acount for one in ten and two-fifths.
