please help me write this...

The police also booked without detention 40 suspects, including Mr.Jeong, on a charge of selling their own organs such as kidneys or livers or purchasing other person’s organs -violation of the organ transplant law , and 22 suspects, including Mr.Ahn(30), on a charge of having intention of using forged I.D. cards by requesting a professional dealer for the purpose of illegal organ sales in China-the forgery of official documents and the use of forged official documents.

I'm practicing trasnlation and the phrase above is the translated form from a Korean article.

I'm afraid it's too long to be understood easily but even when I read the original one written in my mother tongue, it's also too long and uneasy to read.

My questions are...

1. Is the style appropriate for an article?

2. Did I use 'dash' mark right?

3. Can I use 'dash' mark in the ead of the sentence like above?

4. Or any correction of my sentence.

I know it's too much to be answered.

I'll appreciate just one correction of my sentence or just an answer of one question.
