Letter Writing
Please help me write a letter to a foreign school..
I'm want to study abroad so I'm writing a formal letter to a school abroad. I've visited some schools during me holiday in the UK. I have an Aunt who lives there. The school are in her area.
Here is my version, please help me correct any mistakes and add some sentences :
Dear Sir,
Subject: Application For Further Studies At XXXXXXX
My name is Mohankumaar Maha. I am 15 years old and I come from Malaysia. I would like to inform you that I am very interested in continuing my studies at XXXXXX after my Lower Secondary Assessment Examinations this October.
I ended my primary school with 5 distinctions out of 5 subjects which includes English, Mathematics and Science. At this time, I am studying in Kempas School which is known as Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kempas in Malaysia. I am currently in Form 3 and will be siting for my Lower Secondary Assessment Examinations this October.
I like playing drums and getting involved in sports activities. With respect to music, I have earned 3 drum certificates from Trinity College London.
Recently, I was in the United Kingdom on holiday. I took this opportunity to visit some of the schools in London but I was mesmerized by your school. It was very unique. I hope you would give me an opportunity to study in your amazing school.
