Please help me write a letter.

I am in canada for studies and i finished mg study in may and 2months ago my father passed away and at that i had no visa to go to India and just before 2 weeks before mg father i launched my parents file for visitor visa and mean while my father got attack and even file took long to proceed and rejected at the end as embassy showed a reason that my parents will not come back as not financially strong.My older brother passed away in 2013 so now its only my mother back to home country and i want to launch file again and mention this all situation as me and mg mother are very upset and want to meet so please explaining all this situation,help me to write a emotional letter to embassy.
