Many people think about the high salary which is paid for entertainers are too much. I completely agree with this idea.

There are some reasons why the entertainers have been paid a lot. One reason is that they have a bright force or a bright smile , they have got a slim figure and especially is the talent in that field . Each entertainer has a difference talented. For example, In Vietnam, My Tam who is well-known as an unofficial singer just on her own small village then has become a legendary singer being known from every part of the country, even is in the world. She can do that because of her own special talent in singing. Her voice can reach at the highest point without any mistakes. Also she is good looking and everyone can see the potential from her.

Apart from the practicals benefits expressed above , I believe that the high salary also means the price they may have paid in term of their own time and their own energy. If the oganizers or directors require to perform or work for them , they will have a restricted time perhaps from 2 or 3 hours to do. The entertainers have to work harder than any other people .Moreover, they do not have their time for themselves. They have to their jobs in the early morning until midnight usually. Exactly high salary from the organizations paid to entertainers as much as their energies and efforts on work.

In conclusion , I believe that the entertainers are being paid money as much as their efforts.
