Please help me with writing ielts task 1

The diagram provides a comparison of the proportion of males and females who did regular workouts in various age groups in Australia in 2010.
Overall, women did more regular physical activities than men in most age groups. It is also clear that there was a remarkable increase in the percentage of women working out through their ages during the year 2010.
In the 15 to 24 age group, men did more regular workouts than women, at 52,8% and 47,7%, respectively. The proportion of men witnessed a decrease to a low of 39,5% in the 35 to 54-year-olds while the figure for women increased steadily to 52,8% in the same age group.
However, the percentage of women who worked out regularly tended to decrease in the 45-year-olds and above from 53,3% to 47,1%. In contrast, there was a significant rise in the proportion of men in the other three age groups from 43,1% to 46,7%, a close position to women.
