Traditional food is being replaced by International fast food. This has a negative effect on family and society. Agree or disagree.

More and more International fast food restaurant are invested in our country. Some people are afraid that traditional food can be replaced by International fast food one day and it also has a negative impact on family as well as society. In my point of view, I strongly agree with that opinion.

Traditional food is the thing that older generation had bulid, kept and experienced the long term of development to become a cultural diversity. Recent years, there are a signicant investments in International fast food. Because of its convenience, people especially office workers refer to eat the fast food than a traditional meal. In Ho Chi Minh City, you can see many fast food restaurants such as KFC, Mc Donald, Jolibee in every street, every corner of the city. However, fast food is not good for our healthy, it causes many heart problems by included a lot of cholesterol which is harmful to human.

In family, many parents allow their children to eat fast food whenever they want. Every fast food restaurants have a hotline and after a phone call, parents can order and it will be delivered to their house. Therefore, more and more children are reliance on fast food and getting fat, overweight because of this behaviour. Moreover, children will lack of cooking skill and probably they can not maintain the traditional cooking, traditional food. In fact, many young people especially who live in city, they don’t know how to cook a meal for their family.

In conlusion, althought International fast food is convenient, we have to use it effective not to be reliance on it.
