Fossil fuels are the main resources in many countries, but in some countries the use of alternative sources of energy are encouraged . to what extent do you think it is a positive or negative development?­­­­

It is believed that renewable energy is encouraged to be used in many countries. While I acknowledge that this development is disadvantageous to some extent, the idea that its benefits outweight its drawbacks seems more appealing.

On the one hand, there are many grounds for the reason why people should make use of alternative . First of all, the price of wind energy as well as solar energy is exorbitant. The corollary is that this may cause adverse economic effects and maybe a burden on the government budget. Secondly, alternative energy needs a number of complicated machines. This may take a lot of time to find out how to run them because of their complex systems.

On the other hand, the advantages of non-conventional sources are so crystal clear that they should never be overlooked. In the first place, they bring a number of environmental benefits. This is because alternative energy emits low or zero carbon dioxide, which is the main culprit of pollution and global warming. The fact that nowadays global warming is a hotly-debated issue which does exert a detrimental effect on environment means the use of alternative energy should be taken into account . In the second place, alternative energy including wind energy and solar energy is a sustainable resource because it is renewable. obviously, fossil fuels take millions of years to form,however, they are being used at an alarm rate, which means they can run out some day. However, as sun will never stop shining, wind will never cease blowing, people still benefit greatly from this stable energy supply.

In conclusion, while alternative energy may have a settling impact on financial problems, I believe that this non-conventional enery have numerous positive influences
