My writing:
The diagrams illustrate the life cycle of the silkworm and each period in the production of silk cloth.
Overall, the life cycle of the silkworm lasts about 2 months from laying eggs to turning into a moth. The production of silk cloth contains 6 simple steps.
In the first stage, the silkworm begins to lay eggs, and after 10 days, the eggs will transform into the silkworm larva. They consume the mulberry leaf as the major food to grow up. Around 4 to 6 weeks later, a layer of silk threat covers its whole body except the head of the larva. The larva continues to generate silk threat which covers its whole body after 3-8 days to become a cocoon. 16 days later, the silk thread outside disappears, turning the cocoon into the moth. The life cycle starts to happen again.
To produce silk cloth, people choose some of the best silk threads of the cocoon to manufacture silk cloth. Then, they boil them in water and unwind them. Each cocoon will be stretched into threads whose length is about 300 to 900 meters. They twist the thread and then dye them with various colors. The final step is weaving those threads into a complete cloth to produce clothes for customers.
