Please help me with this!!! Thank you!!!!

(O) My aunt is retired and she lives with her daughter.
I got this answer from helpers here.

However, if I use like these :
1. My aunt was retired and she lived with her daughter.
2. My aunt was retired three years ago and she lives with her daughter now.
Are they ok????

Jenny chiu Are they ok? Not unless she died (which is obviously not the case in #2). If she still lives, then: She has retired or She retired.
