Topic :

Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth and resources among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizen themselves?

People argue that rich countries ought to take a part of responsibility for supplying necessities for indigent areas while others believe that developing countries's authorities should take care of their own communities.

On one hand , the option that developed countries share their property with poorer countries seems to be reasonable. Firstly, it is humanitarian that the rich care about the poor. For example, people who are suffered from drought, famine and tsunami are pitiful and need assistance from others to survive. Secondly , helping poor areas , rich nations have a chance of preventing a number of risks such as natural disasters and economic crisis. If a poor country's pork market have problem because of epidemic and can not supply and distribute products for other nations, that will leads to the shortage of pork in this area, or even all over the world.

On the other hand, there are a variety reasons why developing government had better keep an eye on their populace . Firstly, it is obvious that they can not always receive aid from other countries. Provide that these countries depend on wealthier nations in many ranges such as food, medication and army , they will easily lose their liberty anytime. Moreover, that the rich is willing to help the poor does not mean they can help poorer areas the whole life.

In conclusion, it seems evident that both substantial countries and indigent countries have their own responsibility for this issue.
