Please help me with this.

I saw this usage of "would" on https://www.englishclub.com/grammar/verbs-modal-would.htm. Where it says "would" can be used for uncertainty.

would for uncertainty

  • He would seem to be getting better. (less certain than: He seems to be getting better.)
  • It would appear that I was wrong. (less certain than: It appears that I was wrong.)

My question is that, can we use "would mean" in a sentence to show uncertainity if the context is suitable or any other verb with would to mean uncertainity as long as the context is suitable? If yes, would you mind giving me a context or a situation where I can use "would mean" for UNCERTAINTY? Thank you in advance.
