please help me with these sentences.

A. I cook myself. Or I cooked the dinner myself. Here an object must come before myself right? So the first one is incorrect right? ?
B. He is really a good Guy. Vs He really is a good Guy.
C. I am no longer going to work tomorrow. OR I am not going to work tomorrow anymore. If these sentences are correct then please show me how to use 'no longer ' and 'anymore ' in the past sentences.
D. I have never worked in an Indian restaurant where south Indian dishes are served. Could you tell me the better way of saying this?
E. I spend 15 hours. Three hours go with going to work and coming home.

I cook myself.
1. Nobody helps me with cooking.
2. I place myself in the oven to cook. Maybe someone else will eat me later.

I don't think you need a better way. What you have is fine with the correction shown above. Actually it's not really a correction. You can use "are" if you want. My preference is f
