Please help me with these FEW sentences
Could you please tell me whether these are grammatical and if not help me correct them?
1 How many western educated persian women could (there) be here?
2 I appreciate it after the inconvenience I've cause you and your family.
3 I don't want to come back while your dad is home. I'll come when he's gone.
4 I could eat a lot and (30 minutes later) it's as if I hadn't eaten./I haven't eaten/it's like I never ate.
