PLEASE HELP ME WITH THESE COMPLICATED QUESTIONS

Can you please tell me how to properly say these sentences?

1 Eating a diet rich in vegetables, nuts and seeds can help to sway the pH level of the stomach can be helpful.
2 When having your wedding, don't be stingy on food and champagne. Don't serve leftovers nor buy cheap champagne.
3 I washed more plates than I used. (dishes)
4 When eating spicy food, get rig of the hotness in mouth by chasing it down with some liquid. (how would you say this properly?)
5 It/I feels like my palate is burning. I've had too much spicy food.
6 If you were thinking about it while you were playing, it must be important enough to get you worrying.
7 She's not worst than her sister in every aspect/respect. She's nicer while her sister is more generous.
