Could you please help me with these 5 sentences? Could you make them grammatical?

2 Can you smoke a 10 cigars over the course of one movie?
3 It cost me a little under/less than 300 dollars.
4 What's the longest you ever called someone for/What's the longest you ever let the phone ring for when calling someone. (when there is no voicemail and it rings forever)
5 He's hypocritical towards/of me./hypocrite towards me.
