Please help me with these 4 sentences?

Which would you say please?

- What's the thing that you have that's most precious/valuable to you.
- I lost a lot of clients over /because of the noise.
- You can't change someone so fast/from one day to the next.
- Do you know of a nice place we can have a drink (at) at this hour.

Hold out vs GO WITHOUT
(can you use HOLD OUT like this?)

- I want to know if I can hold out one month without playing./go one month without playing.

Thank you
