Please help me with these 2 sentences?

Could you please tell if these are correct?

1 You don't scare me enough for me not to give you a head start, I'm too good (as in you're playing tennis and you're opponent is so weak that you're not scared to give him a extra points)

2 I don't remember anything leading up to the final scene from here onwards (as in you're wathcing a movie you'd already seen years ago and you don't remember anything leading up to the final scene)
