I have joined this post since Oct 2015 having worked as the branch manager for 2 years. Facing a nearly different work duties and nature as well as the routine requirement of handling a numerous urgent and complicated cases, I initially felt very frustrated and worry, especially after enduring a consecutive and massive change of my subordinates last year. Fortunately, thanks to the boss's and colleagues's assistance, I can finally weather this great storm, acquire wealth of experience and knowledge from the daily works and consolidate my status in the team.
