I have completed online courses and i will need to notify my manager,
"Dear Mr.X,
This is to inform you that all of the mandatory online courses have been completed from my side , I will share the certificates with the HR departments"
Is this grammatically correct , as i have completed the courses i obtained training certificates and my manager advised me to notify him once they are completed and to share the certificates with the HR departments afterwards.
I would replace the comma with a period, because these clauses are not really connected. So: This is to inform you that all of the mandatory online courses have been completed from my side. I will share the certificates with the HR departments" But the part "courses have been completed from my side" is written in the passive voice, which sounds unnatural here.
