Please help me with the motivation letter
Hi, I am planning to apply for master course in Holland. I come from Indonesia and it is my first time writing a motivation letter. Any critics and suggestions are welcome.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to apply for xxx. Having searched several major universities, I found xxx offered courses which can provide me with good knowledge of construction management skill. xxx also allows internship which I believe will be a good experience for me to know the real problems in the construction work which I cannot get through courses.
It has been my dream to pursue a career in civil engineering field. It is also my belief that development of a country is reflected through its construction development. In developing country such as Indonesia, there are still many opportunities where I can take part in the construction filed. For those reasons I enrolled in xxx with major in structural engineering for my Bachelor Degree. After graduation I feel what I had learned was still insufficient and decided to take master degree. I was granted the scholarship for master degree in xxx with major in structural engineering.
During my master research I conducted a join research between the university and a construction company. I realized there were many things that should also be well planned other than structural specification in construction site. A good management skill in the construction also plays an important role to the success of a construction project. Later it urged me to continue to study more about management skill needed in construction. Although it seems that I may choose a very different subject, I believe I could manage all the challenges and the time that I am going to spend will worth the knowledge I will get.
To be involved in the construction project means to be involved with a lot people. A good interaction skill with people is needed. I believe my experience as Student Union President during my study in xxx will be useful for those occasion. Becoming a President of Student Union has provided me necessary skills to interact with people from different backgrounds.
Accomplishing xxx course will enable me to combine structural design knowledge and management skill. It will also give me the perfect chance of experiencing international team working and exchange of different point of views. I believe it will greatly support my professional career. After obtaining this master degree I am planning to pursue a career in a construction company in Indonesia and helping the development of my country.
