Please help me with the following sentences

Would you please help me write the following sentences correctly? Thank you in advance for your help.

"As many other cities, we’re operating on a tied budget. We’re looking for a group that would help us at no cost. We welcome any kind of jazz, a band would be great. As of now, we have performers from W. Ridge Church, , Johnston Height Recreational Ctr., and ’s Blues Grass band. These performers will do orchestra, step dance, country music, and blue grass."
