Please help me with task 1

The table below gives information on consumer spending on different items in five different countries in 2002.

The table illustrates the proportion of expenditure on three categories of products and service in five distinctive nations: Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Turkey for the year of 2002. Overall, it is noticeable that the highest figure was documented for foodstuffs, beverage and tobacco whereas people spent the fewest on leisure and education.

Regarding the first item, Turkey topped the table with over one third of the consumption being spent on this type of product, closely followed by Ireland, at 28.91%. Meanwhile, the category of eating, drinking and smoking constituted no more than 20% of the total spending in each of the remaining countries.

With respect to clothes and shoes, the largest proportion was recorded for Italy with exactly 9% whereas Irish, Spanish and Turkish people spent just over 6%. The lowest figure was in Sweden, with only 5.4%.

As for entertainment and learning, no countries’ consumption reached as high as 5%. Specifically, Turkish residents spent only a mere 4% on this service while the figure for Sweden and Italy was approximately 3% each. For other nations, recreational service and education only made up around 2% of the total expenditure.
