Topic: Scientific research should be controlled and carried out by the governments rather than private companies. Do you agree or disagree?

Many people argue that scholastic research should be supervised by governmental bodies, others, by contrast, contend that private corporations will be a better option. In my opinion, I firmly believe that firms should be the main investors as some disagreement might crop up if scientific is carried out on behalf of the authorities.

On the one hand, it is undeniable that government-funded research will consequently lead to numerous arguments. The reason behind is the publicity of the project, which may subsequently engender public concerns about several aspects of the problem. For example, when scientists successfully create a whole complete body from small original cells, shedding light on a future of replacing internal organs without donating. Although the project was carried out in the lab with mice samples, the theory of it still raises ethical concerns from the mass. As a result, the regenerating project was slowed down due to the urge to cope with public pressure.

By contrast, private corporations are likely to contribute more to scientific achievements. Firstly, unlike the government-funded research mentioned above, companies can operate the process without being required to publish the details. Indeed, they can choose to give the final results at a suitable time instead of reporting every change. Secondly, it is clear that private organizations are able to invest a more consistent budget to cover all the lab expenses, including the price of examined samples and equipment. In both cases, non-governmental companies have proved to be better investors.

In conclusion, I believe that scientific projects can possibly be hindered because of citizens' demand for the truth. Therefore, private corporations, with guaranteed privacy and flushed funding, are obviously a more suitable backup.
