The flow chart illustrates the process in which used glass bottle are recycled to make new products.

Overall, there are three main stages; collecting the wasted glass containers, manufacturing bottles and bottling. The second stage is the most intensive, with five steps.

In detail, in the first stage, used glass bottles of different sizes are gathered in the collection point and next conveyed by trucks. What follows is the second stage, beginning with washing out the bottles with high pressure water and sorting them with different colors. Then they were brought into glass factory and broken into small pieces. The fragments are put into furnace and burned under the temperature of 600-800 degree Celsius. After that, recycled liquid glass and new liquid glass are added together to mould to shape into a complete bottle. The final stage begins with filling the bottle with drinks. Subsequently, products are ready for sale in the supermarket.
