Please help me with my motivation letter

Hello! Can anybody check my motivation letter please?

To whom it may concern:
In addition to all my documents, I would like to take this great opportunity to write an essay so as to tell about myself and clarify the main reasons that drives me to study inRotterdamBusinessSchool.
A desire to be an economist came to me while studying at school. This is not only because I have always done well in Math and enjoyed learning about economics, but this is also a part of my character. I have always liked figuring things out, making different tasks that required logical solutions. Being a child I helped my mother to manage a family budget making tables with different types of costs and this has always made me a great pleasure. I have always tended to analyze things end events starting from everyday life situations and finishing some job issues. My personal traits and interest to economics made me realize that this is exactly what I want to study at University and what I want for my future profession.

I entered to Kazakh University of International Relations and World languages and graduated the same in June 2010 with a Bachelor degree in Economics. In the University I acquired knowledge in an extensive business area, for example, accounting, finance, international business, marketing, management, law etc. My favorite subjects were Finance and International business. Driven with the interest in current situation in the world economy I specialized in it for my final year project entitled “World financial crises: reasons, exhibition, and consequences”. In this work the greatest financial crises and their influence on the world economy are discussed.
At the third year of my studying I joined “Vil Bo” LLP, an official distributor of a well-known “Villeroy&Boch” company which produces sanitary and accessories for home. This company gave me the opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge of accountancy and economy in real life situation. I have been working there as an assistant of a Chief accountant for more than one year. My responsibilities included making financial documents such as: reconciliation acts, bills of quantity, cash and bank documents etc. My professional skills improved greatly. I gained necessary experience and strengthen my knowledge of accountancy which, I am sure, will be very useful for my future career.
My next job was at a big oil and gas construction company called “KazStroyService”. I worked at Contract Administration Department as a contract specialist. At my work I was responsible for controlling contract’s performance. This job was connected not only with communication but with some financial issues too. Besides correspondence and meeting with clients and subcontractors I was involved in analyzing and calculation, for instance, making debit notes, making breakdown, calculation of fees for those of Subcontractors who failed delivery dates. Working at this company I learned many things, such as: the values of team work and commitment, how to concentrate and focus on goals, how to structure my time to fit my activities into my schedule, how to manage the project, My English skill was polished as well through daily contact with my Indian colleagues and foreign clients. However this job was mainly administrative and connected with managing the contracts rather than finance. This is why I decided to leave this job in order to find something that I would really like, a job in a financial sphere.
Trying to find a job in financial company I came to realize that my knowledge is still limited in many areas. Furthermore this knowledge is not given in my country in appropriate way. Thus, I decided to apply for a Master degree in Finance and Accounting in your University to strengthen my knowledge and find a good job. My decision to study in theNetherlandsis based on the fact that the Dutch higher education system enjoys a worldwide reputation for high quality. TheNetherlandsis a multinational country which gives you a possibility to learn how to interact within different cultures and improve your interpersonal skills.Rotterdamis a good place for this. Having read through the course description which is offered inRotterdamBusinessSchoolI realized that this program can benefit me in many areas. The fact that your financial courses “provides insight, knowledge and analytical skills related to how plan and control the firm’s performance”, I thought that this is just what I need for building up my professional career.

I expect the Master Program not only to deep my knowledge in finance and accounting but make me one step closer to my dream. I clearly see my future only in financial field working as a highly qualified financial manager. Specialists like this are in shortage inKazakhstanwhile in conditions of World economic crisis and unstable economy a lot of companies really need a professional support for making decisions regarding important financial issues. In my view foreign experience and skills will help me to become a top level specialist in finance and to make contribution into the development of financial management in my country. And I am sure my dream will come true by obtaining a Master degree.
Thank you very much for considering my application. I look forward to your positive response.

Yours sincerely,
Anastassiya Yevdokimova
