Please help me with my letter
Please help me correct my grammar and sentence
This letter is in regards with the Annual Physical Exam for our regular employees happened last ____________ wherein the doctors recommend to some of our employees to take medicines as their medications of the following health findings. Unfortunately, our employees don’t have the capacity to purchased the medicines, so they approached the Human Resouce Officer to help them to obtain the medicines they needed or else they cannot pursue to take the medicines. So, I was pressure at that time, in which pushed me to issue an authorization letter to Pharmacy to help employees for their needs. I would like to apologized that I overlook to seek for approval to the Manager before doing anything because I only focused on how to help employees. And I do promised that this would not be happen again.
