Please help me with my IELTS Writing Task 1

The given line graph delineates the proportion of people who went to the movies at least once a month in an unspecified European country over a 12-year period starting from 2000 to 2011, split by four different groups. These groups include 15-24, 7-14, 25-35, 35 and over age groups.Overall, there are some steady fluctuations in the percentage of people aged 15 to 24, 7 to 14 and 25 to 35, while the rate of moviegoers falling to the 35 and over age group climb gradually over the years.In 2000, roughly 16 percent of people who aged 15 to 24 went to the cinema once a month or more, ranking first. A tenth of 7-to-14-year-old people saw movies, coming in second. This was followed by the rate of people in 25-35 age group with a low of between 4 and 5 percent. And the allocation for the 35 and over age group was very little, taking up around 1 percent. Then, there were a significant rise in the proportion of people aged 15 to 24 going to the cinema, reaching a peak of nearly 58 percent despite some fluctuations. Similar patterns could be observe with regard to the rates of people aged 7-14 and 25-35, reaching a peak of about 38 percent and 33 percent respectively. However, in the percentage of people in the 15-24 and 7-14 age group ended around 52 percent and 30 percent with gradual drops, whereas the proportion of 25-to-35-year-old moviegoers ended 30 percent with a rapid change. And the rate of people aged 35 and over went up moderately from 1 percent to about 13 percent in 2011.
