Please help me with my IELTS task 1

The line graph illustrates the changes of the number of international and local university students in Australia from 2001 to 2010.

It can be seen that the decade saw a steady increase in the number of both overseas and local students. The commencing number of oversea students experienced a rapid growth while the number of local students fluctuated slightly during the period.

In 2001, there were 40000 local students studying in the Australian universities while the number of international students was only a half of the number (20000). The number of local students reached at approximately 60000 and remained steady for the next 4 years. However, the number of international students ascended greatly, reaching more than 80000 in 2010.

The commencing numbers of both international and local students were almost at the same level (less than 20000) in 2001. During the next 10 years, the commencing number of overseas students grown significantly, reaching at 40000 in 2010. Conversely, the commencing number of local students fluctuated at around 20000 for the whole decade, with only 20000 in 2010.
