Please, help me with my grammar. Is just a little text :)
Hi all. I found some minutes ago this incredible forum. Thanks for create it.
I have writed this text but I am not sure if the grammar is right:

We know that to succeed in the earth-moving area, it is important to include the better professionals of the area in mention, what becomes a solid foundation for our organization. We count thus with the professional team with the greatest achievements in this activity, being able to face the future with the conviction and security of giving a continuous service of quality for the satisfaction of our clients. As business, we recognize that to be to the vanguard one must know and to measure the opportunities that are presented in the time, that stimulate the formation of new innovative proposals, that they permit us to create and to enter new markets, to participate of the constant technological changes, to identify new channels of distribution, opening thus new ways of activity and development.

Hi,
I'm a new comer on this site..I have a problem since my boss ask me to be the Master of Ceremony for a workshop. Unfortunately, it will be my first performance and I haven't get the standard guidance to be MC on the formal occasion.
FYI, that workshop will be attended by Minister. So, I feel so worry that I'll be failed. I attach the agenda of the workshop so you can give me advise
