Please help me with my grammar
Hi dear members,
I wrote a little essay about myself.
I checked for grammar error myself several times, but still I am not really satisfied.
Could you check it for me and suggest me useful tips or smth like that.
I would be really grateful to receive your comments.

My favorite school activity
My favorite activity at (university name) is working in (university name) welfare council. In this council, all members work together for student’s better daily life. We hold several events such as strawberry sale for spring strawberry party, (university name) hooded shirts sale, and Chusok home-coming bus ticket sale. In order to prepare those projects, we have to contact to a wholesale dealer one month beforehand and discuss about how to inform to students, when exactly we hold the affair, and how much prices of items are. I love those process activities above even though I have to spend a lot of time for them. Also, I like people in this council. They are so kind and funny, and share the same idea with me. In addition, there are lots of things that I can learn from here. I learn respect, responsibility, and tolerance from the project processing. This is why the welfare council is my main energy source in (university name) life.
