Essay:

Happiness is equated with feeling pleasure and contentment, meaning that happiness is not to be confused with joy, ecstasy, bliss, or other more intense feelings. A happy person who frequents positive emotions, such as joy, interest, and pride, and infrequent negative emotions, such as sadness, anxiety, and anger. How to become a happy person? There are two ways of that.

The first one is imagining the best. Do not be afraid to look at what you really want and see yourself getting it. Many people avoid this process because they do not want to be disappointed if things do not work out. The truth is that imagining getting what you want is a big part of achieving it. The more you imagine the best, the more you will get the happiness. Because it helps you to feel confident and relieved. For example, when you go in for doing something important, just thinking that the result is perfect. In this way you can find doing that easier and before.

The second one is learning new skills. Making progress by learning new skills is a great way to improve your “flow” state, which triggers happiness. In addition, new skills make you even more valuable to your company and colleagues. If you are a programmer, learning a new language can improve your job prospects and give you more satisfaction from your work. But the skills you focus on do not have to be job-related. Engaging in a new hobby or reading a nonfiction book on a subject that interests you can be just as powerful.

In conclusion, through two ways we have mentioned before, we realize that we have everything to make us happy too. So why are we not happy? Then I decide that I have every reason to be happy if we only think about what we have rather than about what we do not have.
