There are many ways of working: work with the people or work independently. I find that each of them has their own advantages. However, in my opinion, work alone is the best way I choose first.
Working in groups bring many benefits for us. Firstly, it is the good opportunities to learn things from the others. There are many people around you who are very intelligent that you need to admire. They could help you go up in your career ladder over the years. Secondly, if you are working in a group, the heavy workload will be shared for individual members so the project will be faster than ever. For instance, your teamwork receives a project on marketing field. The manager offer your team to carry out a survey on 1000 people. To this project, you can't help sharing work to your co-worker.
