Topic: Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Due to the uneven development of the country, it leads to the appearance of developed nations and developing nations. Although most developed nations frequently provide money for nations which are developing , it is the efficient solution to tackle poverty in poorer countries . Hence, the poorer countries should be helped by other methods . From my perspective, I totally agree with this statement .

First, giving much money to developing countries negatively impacts the financial budget of their own country . This is because if they are always given financial aid, the nations will become over-reliance on foreign aid . As a result , people in these countries are becoming dependent on the amount of money given by rich countries , which means they do not want to search for jobs and contribute to the development of their own nations . For instance, the majority of people in poorer nations have been unemployed and only look forward to state aid monthly and therefore it can be devastating to their own economy .

Second, providing medicines in lieu of money is a better option for developing nations. In fact, many poorer nations have coped with a lot of infectious diseases which can cause the death of a million people dramatically . By virtue of giving effective medicine, the percentage of people with infectious diseases can decrease significantly , which declines loss of people and poverty . In Vietnam , for instance, during the covid 19 pandemic , several rich countries have offered vaccines for diseased Vietnamese people.Thanks to medical aid, the economy will not be decreased .

In conclusion, I believe that there are more helpful methods to subsidize developing countries in lieu of offering money for them because it leads to losing the country's economic autonomy and offering medical aid is a useful way .
