Whether we are reading a magazine, watching the news, or a television program, we are likely to see something about cosmetic surgery. Millions of people undergo risky surgery every year simply to improve or enhance a feature or body part. While the results may seem foolproof and glamorous, it is actually a very risky procedure.
Several persons are obsessed with their bodies .This big problem affects a lot of people of any ages all around the world .Nowadays, the medias always show these unrealistic bodies. Because of it , many normal persons have a bad vision of themselves. In today’s society women struggle to lead a life in a dominate man’s world, where an image can mean more than perceived. An image can make a very big difference to a woman who is self-conscious in such a cruel society. Every woman today is different, but all want to be their best. A main trait is an image that can get attention. Many women purchase Glamour, Mademoiselle, and Cosmopolitan all famous women magazines that women live by. Most articles in these magazines pertain to an image of attractiveness, including hair, skin, make-up and a perfect body. Most women go to any length to become what these magazines offer. Many aren’t aware of the negative things these articles don’t tell. Having the perfect image can become an obsession and yet fatal. According to some people , beauty is the state or quality of being beautiful, meaning that which gives pleasure to the mind or senses .
On the other hand ,Cosmetic surgery is acceptable if there a reasonable causes . For instance , medical reasons , which can include psychological ones. It is even necessary need in some situations. There are some people who are wounded or deformed in wars or accidents .Similarly , people who are burned In afire or even a person who is born with strange birthmark or a cleft lip. In fact there are some other people who are in need for cosmetic surgery so that they can continue there lives normally and happily.
To summarize , Cosmetic surgery is an individual's choice. Whenever someone decides to have it done, he should think deep and wise of what he really needs. Such a choice should be based on a reasonable causes not as a result of look obsession.
