Please help me with my cover letter
As a logical consequence of my internship at xxx in 2009, I would now like to apply for the stayed interested in xxx traineeship offers and was intrigued. Particularly the traineeship position “xxx” matches well my academic knowledge and professional experiences.
In March 2013, I will graduate with a double master`s degree in Finance and International Affairs from the University of xxx in Switzerland and xxx Paris. Currently, I am writing my master’s thesis about “Differences in Management Methodologies Across Cultures” based on experiences and research I made during a five-month internship at the social consulting enterprise xxx Internacional in Costa Rica. At this internship, I also gained understanding of the obstacles that MSMEs face in less-institutionalized environments and learned to implement best management practices and methodologies to overcome these difficulties.
In addition to these qualifications, I am highly motivated to work for the xxx bank and to contribute to sustainable development in countries where my expertise is needed. Throughout my university years, my extracurricular activities show my commitment to society: For example, I volunteered for the microcredit institution xxx Social in Argentina, the elementary school xxxin Peru, and the forest preservation organization xxx in Bolivia. Still in contact with xxx Volunteer, I use my spare time to help with website development and promotion of the organization in Europe.
To resume, I am keen on working for the xxx on a long-term basis. I would welcome a personal interview at your convenience and look forward to hearing from you soon.
