Please help me with making a proper profile for my company

Hello,

This is my first post here. I am writing a profile for my company. My company is a research company which do research on
the progress of a community in India. The industries, famous personalities and achievements of that community. My company
wants to build a platform for bringing the people of that community together through book publications in form of coffee
table book. I need your help to frame a proper profile for my company that clearly defines objectives of my company. I
have made a rough profile which I don't found any good.
