The diagram illustrates the current layout of an art gallery and a proposed plan for renovating the gallery’s space.
As can be seen, the gallery’s whole space will be changed significantly, with the entrance repositioned and the expansion of the exhibition space.
The entrance, which is currently positioned to the east of the gallery, will be moved to the north allowing for entry from Parkinson Court straight into the exhibition area. In the gallery’s center, the spaces that are used for temporary exhibitions will be merged with the current permanent exhibition space into one single large space for permanent exhibitions.
Moreover, the space that is currently not part of the gallery will be used for special exhibitions, with an exhibition store right next to it. The lobby, to which the existing entrance leads, will be removed along with the office next
