In 2005, tourism was the greatest exports earner of the three industries, with revenue standing at just over $6 billion. These figures for meat and dairy products were $4 billion and roughly $5 billion respectively.

The revenue of dairy products had reached at almost $7 billion by 2015, becoming ahead in terms of earning, compared to $3.6 billion of meat exports and $6.9 billion of international tourism. Moreover, the expect predict that international tourism will have continued to increase to approximately $8 billion until the year 2015, while both other items will decrease with a roughly similar pattern ($0.5 billion).
