Please help me with ielts writing task 1

The figure illustrates the natural process in which water passes from ocean to air to land continuously.

There are three main stages shown on the process, beginning with the evaporation of ocean water. After that, water falls as rain and eventually runs back into the oceans again.

At the beginning of the process, we can see that 80% of water vapour in the air is contributed from the oceans. The heat of the sun causes water to evaporate, and water vapour condenses to make cloud formation. At the second stage, labelled “precipitation” on the diagram, water falls as snow or rain.

At the final stage in the cycle, rainwater may take many different paths. Some of it may fall into lakes or return to the oceans via “surface runoff”. On the other hand, rain water may filter through the ground, reaching the groundwater and impervious layer of the earth. Before passing in the oceans, the ground water is saline by crossing salt water intrusion.
