Out of the five countries, consumer spending on food, drinks and tobacco was considerable higher in Turkey, with 32.14%, and in Ireland, with roughly 29%. Besides that, Turkish paid for leisure and education more than four other nations, while the highest expenditure on clothing and footwear belonged to Italian, with 9.00%.
It can be seen that Sweden had the lowest percentages of national consumer expenditure for not only Food/Drinks/Tobacco but also Clothing/Footwear, at about 16% and over 5% respectively. Spain held slightly larger figures in terms of these categories, but the smallest figure for Leisure/Education, at only 1.98%
