Please help me with grammar and how to say this in a friendly way

Why you didn’t get a survey? Survey Businesses were randomly picked from the 2006 Businesses Permit Database. The results will help the Economic Development Administrator corroborate for the ED Strategy. If you have any suggestions or ideas to support the growth of the business in City as a whole, I’m more than happy to listen and take in consideration.
