Please help me with grammar
Further to our telephone conversation yesterday. We noted the confused serial number was mishandled by factory. It was bring many trouble to your inspector. This is because the another cargoes was failed inspection last week. Therefore,they switched some labour to rework and caused these chaotic number appearance. We will advice factory get the improvement for future. Sorry for any inconvenience
