Please help me with grammar.

City of ABC, a small City located approximately 5 miles from DE has been working with the local businesses and local organizations in having a music concert each month to draw people to their downtown. The City organized such activities and sponsored by the local businesses. Each month, they have music from different ethic groups where people can come out and listen to free live music and have free food. They have been very successful with these types of activities. Having activities in downtown helps the businesses to stay open late as well. Another example of successful activity for vitalizing downtown is City of GH. They draw hundreds of residents to come to downtown by having GH Opry Night and Summer Concert each month.
