Please help me with a poem...

I found this in a Trader Joe's Flyer and was feeling springy...

And a bird overhead
sang Follow,
And a bird to the right
sang Here;
And the arch of the leaves
was hollow,
And the meaning of May was clear.
-Swinburne

Does this mean the two birds are leading you to some trees where the branches form a bridge-like arch? I know it sounds simple, but its pretty cool...
