Students, especially those whose family is below the poverty line, cannot pay for the tuition fees. Consequently, getting a job would give them an opportunity to earn a living and meet the basic human needs. Secondly, people working earlier are capable of gaining more vital hands-on experience of their fields, which is essential to obtain higher level of job performance. Take Bill Gates as an example, he has left Harvard to follow his dream and then he has become one of the most successful and influential people in the world.

Notwithstanding the above argument, I support the view that pursuing higher education at university and college is the best way to be successful on the grounds of university graduates might stand a higher chance of getting jobs with their degree in the competitive labour market. For instance, in numerous successful companies and enterprises, the university qualification is the compulsory condition for applicants. Another justification is that students would learn advanced knowledge of the job chosen and thus boost their employment prospects, including rate of salary and promotion opportunities. As long as they can put their knowledge gained during their studies into practice, they would have higher labour productivity and complete difficult tasks.
